A life-long Alaskan with deep roots in this wonderful place, Hugh Wade began his working career in banking as a  management trainee  for National Bank of Alaska, and was posted to Nome as an all-purpose lender. From 1998-2001, Hugh operated a commercial salmon fishing  permit in Bristol Bay, and a taxi permit in Anchorage. In late 2001, Hugh re-entered the banking world as a commercial loan officer for Alaska First Bank & Trust.  With an extensive knowledge of the geography and economics of Anchorage and Alaska, he established Spire Commercial Real Estate in 2009.

Message from Hugh Wade

Ryan is an Anchorage native who has worked with Spire Commercial since 2019. He started as an unlicensed assistant and wore every hat at Spire before getting his real estate license in 2022. Ryan leverages a bachelor's degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and on-the-job training to represent clients in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Ryan enjoys playing ice hockey and grew up skating for the North Stars and Alaska All Stars. Like many of us Alaskans, he enjoys all of Alaska’s natural splendor including hiking, biking, and fishing with his grandfather!
